  1. SHIPPING

Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within seven (7) business days. You will be notified of a planned shipping date within 7 business days of placing your order. The Shipping charges are subject to estimation thus, actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice according to best method/best price, and the same will be informed to You prior to the shipping. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.

 

  1. PAYMENT

Payment is required to be made before the shipment of Your order. We accept convenient modes of payment such as net banking, MasterCard, and visa. However, we do not accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment for your orders.

 

  1. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY

The estimated time of delivery depends on Your location. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, FedEx and/or Rivigo. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post/Regular Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

 

  1. PACKAGING OF THE ITEM

All products ordered through the Website are packed with due care. Packaging means wrapping, compressing, filling or creating of goods for the purpose of protection of goods and their convenient handling. All the products are precision folded and stacked and packed in a bag. All open seams are tape-sealed for additional protection from possible contamination.

 

  1. ONLINE TRACKING

All products are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our logistics partners. We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
